Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at 6 PM – 9 PM: Join us for a special beer pairing dinner on Tuesday, August 6th! We’ve teamed up with Grayton Beer Company to create a five-course dinner that harmoniously pairs our cuisine with the Florida brewery’s family of beers. Grayton’s head brewer Tyler White will be on hand to present the beer pairings and answer questions throughout the meal. Tickets are $70 and include dinner, drink pairings, tax and gratuity.


1st Course, Pairing: 30A Beach Blonde Ale
Beet Salad: Noble Farms goat cheese, strawberries, toasted pistachio, black garlic, baby arugula, white balsamic vinaigrette

2nd Course, Pairing: 30A IPA
Blackened Redfish: Farrotto, burgundy wild mushrooms, broccoli rabe, pecorino romano

3rd Course, Pairing: 30A Rose Gose Ale
Char Sui Pork Shoulder: Crispy brussels sprouts & cauliflower, scented jasmine rice, nuac cham

4th Course, Pairing: Oyster Stout
Steak and Egg: Charred NY strip, toasted grits, pickled beets, peppercress, horseradish, duck egg bearnaise

5th Course, Pairing: 1890 Founder’s Ale
Pecan Pie: Spiced pecans, dulce de leche, mascarpone gelato
