Hoppiness Comes In Waves

ABV: 4.5% | IBU: 70 | Serving Temperature: 42º | Glassware: Nonic Pint

Bright, lively, memorable and satisfying. 30A IPA is reminiscent of days spent along our scenic stretch of sand. Golden in color, light in body, low in alcohol, and finished with loads of citrus and tropical hops. 30A IPA, an IPA for every day.

Pairing: The 30A IPA pairs well with spice-forward dishes. Fan the flame of flavor coming from dishes like Nashville-style Hot Chicken, Pulled Pork Nachos or Blackened Filet of Fish fresh from the Gulf of Mexico.

30A Rosé Gose

Easy Come, Easy Goes-Uh

ABV: 4.6% | IBU: 12 | Serving Temperature: 43º | Glassware: Tulip

Inspired by the abundant salt from the water in our backyard and the colors of our vibrant sunsets, we present 30A Rosè. Organic hibiscus flowers paint the perfect shade of Rosè pink. Bright berry notes interplay with the unique salty and tart foundation. This beer allows you to take the beautiful Emerald Coast wherever you goes-uh.

Pairing: Traditionally, this style would have been enjoyed by the gallon with rich German pork and potato dishes. The acidity and citrus help to cut through these fatty dishes. These elements also offer a wonderful compliment to creamy deserts such as cheesecake or bread pudding.

30A Beach Blonde Ale

The perfect beach beer. Crisp and dry with a fruity sweetness.

ABV: 4.6% | IBU: 13 | Serving Temperature: 40º | Glassware: Pilsner

Whether you're on vacation or just clocked out for the day, our Beach Blonde Ale will take you away to good times and sunshine. Classic Noble Hops combine with a nuanced malt sweetness to yield a perfectly balanced, crisp and refreshing beer. This Blonde Ale is what put us on the grid, but when you drink it we hope you feel like you are off of it.

Pairing: Summer salad with fruits, nuts, and a light dressing. Also pairs well with ceviche or chips and salsa.

White Dunes

A Belgian white. Pure refreshment. Hints of spice and citrus.

ABV: 5.0% | IBU: 18 | Serving Temperature: 45-50º | Glassware: Weissbier

Inspired by the pristine White Dunes of the Emerald Coast of Northwest Florida, this medium-bodied beer achieves its exceptional mouthfeel & beautiful hazy color from malted wheat. The intense floral nose morphs into a highly complex drinking experience with unique spice & fruit flavors on the palate.

Pairing: The signature tartness will match well with the acidity of salads, medium to light textured fish, and rich creamy desserts.

1890 Founder's Ale

A classic amber ale. Balanced hop and malt character.

ABV: 6.1% | IBU: 42 | Serving Temperature: 45-50º | Glassware: Tulip

This copper-colored ale combines a rich malt character featuring flavors of caramel, toffee and roasted walnuts with American Cascade hops. A perfect union….this full-bodied beer has a bright, lively pine finish.

Pairing: The roasted notes in this beer play well with grilled, smoked, or braised meats. A great dessert beer that will go well with apple pie, cobbler and other fall classics.

Fish Whistle IPA

Assertively hoppy. Dangerously Balanced.

ABV: 6.7% | IBU: 79 | Serving Temperature: 45º | Glassware: Nonic Pint

A full-bodied, deep copper colored malt marries beautifully with the robust hops we selected to deliver a combination of floral, herbal and spicy flavors with a clean, crisp bitterness that prepares the palate for the next one.

Pairing: The assertive bitterness of this beer serves to clean up spiciness in dishes such as Jambalaya, pad Thai or can embellish the experience of a classic American cheeseburger with sharp cheddar cheese.

Salt Of The Gulf

Our coastal interpretation of a unique / antiquated German style.

ABV: 4.6% | IBU: 12 | Serving Temperature: 45º | Glassware: Tulip

Fate has a way of working its magic. It just so happens that the salinity content of the Gulf of Mexico is similar to the waters of ancient Goslar, the German city where Gose-style beer originated. Inspired, we use locally harvested salt from the abundant waters of our backyard. We then add coriander. Flavors of apricots and peaches emerge from yeast during fermentation. The result? Tart and Salty yet Fruity and Spicy. We hope you enjoy this liquid trip back in time. Prost!

Pairing: Traditionally, this style would have been enjoyed by the gallon with rich German pork and potato dishes. The acidity and citrus help to cut through these fatty dishes. These elements also offer a wonderful compliment to creamy deserts such as cheesecake or bread pudding.

Staff Pale Ale

Classic American pale ale. Clean in taste. Gold in color.

ABV: 5.6% | IBU: 49 | Serving Temperature: 45-50º | Glassware: Nonic Pint

We love our take on the style, which draws you in with a fragrant nose of bright lemon peel and oranges with pine undertones from American hops. It reminds us of the abundant citrus fruits and beautiful green pines that line our beaches here at home in  Northwest Florida!

Pairing: This beer goes perfectly with spicy foods such as gumbo, blackened fish, or buffalo wings.
