Introducing                         Dubbel Barrel

CRAFTED IN COLLABORATION WITH NELSON'S GREEN BRIER DISTILLERY IN NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE

A harmony of flavors. A Belgian style dubbel aged in Bourbon casks.

From a handshake to a handcrafted masterpiece, Dubbel Barrel is the product of Grayton Beer Company and Nelson's Green Brier Distillery collaborating in perfect harmony to craft an original bourbon barrel-aged brew worth celebrating.

Inspired by Grayton head brewer Tyler White's passion for Belgian-style ales and Old Fashioned cocktails, Dubbel Barrel combines the rich malty character and dark fruit aromas of a dubbel with the trademark rye spice of Belle Meade Bourbon - putting an Old Fashioned twist on a Belgian-Style classic.

1890 FOUNDER'S ALE

A classic amber ale. Balanced hop and malt character.

We like to think of Major Charles T. Gray, Grayton Beach’s namesake, as an Amber Ale kind of guy; Bold and Adventurous, Complex yet Balanced. This copper-colored ale combines a rich malt character featuring flavors of caramel, toffee and roasted walnuts with American Cascade hops. A perfect union….this full-bodied beer has a bright, lively pine finish. May it encourage the trailblazers in all of us! Cheers!

Pairing: The roasted notes in this beer play well with grilled, smoked, or braised meats. A great dessert beer that will go well with apple pie, cobbler and other fall classics.

Serving Temperature: 45-50 Degrees
Glassware: Tulip

ABV: 6.1%

WHITE DUNES

A Belgian white. Pure refreshment. Hints of spice and citrus.

Inspired by the pristine White Dunes of the Emerald Coast of Northwest Florida, this medium-bodied beer achieves its exceptional mouthfeel and beautiful hazy color from malted wheat. The intense floral nose morphs into a highly complex drinking experience with unique spice and fruit flavors on the palate.

Pairing: The signature tartness will match well with the acidity of salads, medium to light textured fish, and rich creamy desserts.

PALE ALE

Classic American pale ale. Clean in taste. Gold in color.

In the long history of brewing, Pale Ale holds a proud position. US craft brewers seized this style as their own in the late 20th century. We love our take on the style, which draws you in with a fragrant nose of bright lemon peel and oranges with pine undertones from American hops. It reminds us of the abundant citrus fruits and beautiful green pines that line our beaches here at home in Northwest Florida! The final result is an aromatic and complex medium-bodied beer that is our “go-to” when we gather as a Grayton Beer family! We bet it will become one of yours as well.

Pairing: This beer goes perfectly with spicy foods such as gumbo, blackened fish, or buffalo wings.

ABV: 5.6%
IBU: 49

Serving Temperature: 45-50 Degrees
Glassware: Nonic Pint

FISH WHISTLE IPA

Assertively hoppy. Dangerously Balanced.

That’s how we describe our IPA, the most popular craft beer style in America today. A full-bodied, deep copper colored malt marries beautifully with the robust hops we selected to deliver a combination of floral, herbal and spicy flavors with a clean, crisp bitterness that prepares the palate for the next one.

Pairing: The assertive bitterness of this beer serves to clean up spiciness in dishes such as Jambalaya, pad Thai or can embellish the experience of a classic American cheeseburger with sharp cheddar cheese.

ABV: 6.7%
IBU: 79

Serving Temperature: 45 Degrees
Glassware: Nonic Pint

SALT OF THE GULF

Our coastal interpretation of a unique / antiquated German style.

Fate has a way of working its magic. It just so happens that the salinity content of the Gulf of Mexico is similar to the waters of ancient Goslar, the German city where Gose-style beer originated. Inspired, we use locally harvested salt from the abundant waters of our backyard. We then add coriander. Flavors of apricots and peaches emerge from yeast during fermentation. The result? Tart and Salty yet Fruity and Spicy. We hope you enjoy this liquid trip back in time. Prost!

Pairing: Traditionally, this style would have been enjoyed by the gallon with rich German pork and potato dishes. The acidity and citrus help to cut through these fatty dishes. These elements also offer a wonderful compliment to creamy deserts such as cheesecake or bread pudding.

ABV: 4.6%
IBU: 12

Serving Temperature: 45 Degrees
Glassware: Tulip

BEACH BLONDE ALE

The perfect beach beer. Crisp and dry with a fruity sweetness.

Classic noble hop characteristics paired with subtle malt sweetness yield a perfectly balanced, crisp and refreshing blonde ale. Smooth and approachable, this is the beer that put us on the map! We hope every sip reminds you of the beautiful Emerald Coast of Northwest Florida where each batch is handcrafted.

Pairing: Summer salad with fruits, nuts, and a light dressing. Also pairs well with ceviche or chips and salsa.

ABV: 4.6%
IBU: 13

Serving Temperature: 40 Degrees
Glassware: Pilsner

BEACH PERMIT BLONDE ALE

The perfect beach beer. I belong with a permit to the beach and good company.

Year-round permit to the Emerald Coast, where worries roll out on the tide, rays embrace you, and breezes whisper sweet nothings in your ear -- and that's only the first sip. Mild malt sweetness and citrus undertones pair nicely with languid days and good company.

Citrus flavors and mild malt sweetness are perfectly balanced with smooth bitter undertones resulting in a light-bodied, refreshing ale that will remind you of the Northwest Florida coast where it was brewed.

Pairing: This light-bodied brew is an excellent addition to any cookout, picnic, BBQ or beach party and pairs

ABV: 4.6%
IBU: 13

Serving Temperature: 40 Degrees
Glassware: Pilsner
