Salt of the Gulf

Fate has a way of working its magic. It just so happens that the salinity content of the Gulf of Mexico is similar to the waters of ancient Goslar, the German city where gose-style beer originated. Inspired, we use locally harvested salt from the abundant waters of our backyard. We then add coriander, flavors of apricots and peaches emerge from yeast during fermentation. The result? tart and salty, yet fruity and spicy. We hope you enjoy this liquid trip back in time. Prost
